Victory Cycle Co. opened for business in 1940 and has a rich history in Kokomo Indiana. Charlie Sullivan ran/owned Victory from 1942 till 2001. Charlie, the icon of Kokomo's bicycle history, sold more than 28,000 bikes over his career!
